can i make printed shirts of a City’s landmark.. and sell them? Is there any legal copyright law about that?
i want to start a business with printed shirts or caps, with Mountain House CA. what are the rules and regular or what are the steps of starting that business?
great idea……..do it until they stop you….it’s public stuff…..not private….how do you copy right a state or local government symbol or building etc..
they’ll never think of it or challenge it…do it…we have a fishing Pier in town and you see t-shirts of the Pier all over the place……..cvs, k-mart, target, the mall, gift stores, t-shirt shops…
